  • We have created a new insurance agency called Manzanares and Associate Insurance, which isa General Agent for Allianz Life USA, Aviva, Transamerica, South West Life, AIG and others. This agency offers financed insurance plans with savings, this means that a client with good reputation in any part of the world, can purchase a life insurance with several million dollars coverage, and only pay 0.5% of its cost, this is because we work with banks that would finance the 100% of the insurance cost. Also we are offering medical insurance plans that cover in the country of residence and the USA all medical intervention expenses.   • We have obtained the approval for a 185 million dollars loan, with Energy Corporation, Forth Worth, Texas, for the construction of a solar panels farm and windmills in Salerno, Italy, with a bank guarantee from Enel, the main electricity distributor in Italy.   • The company anounces that it has signed a contract with Dominican Republic for the purchase of a 135.9 hectarea terrain at Juan Dolio Town, east of the capital, to build a touristic project with 1200 vilas and townhomes of 130 and 600 sq. mt. with 16 professional tennis courts, stadium for tournaments, lakes and cannals. The members will have access to a Beach Club in Juan Dolio and other golf courses in the zone. The contract was signed the last August 26th and the company have and financial offer for the project with a value of 29 millon  dollars. The name of the project will be Portofino Sol Caribe Golf and Country Club.

  • The companh signed the purchase of 51 hectare in Punta Cana by the new golf course of the famous touristic center of Mr. Julio Iglesias and Raineri, Punta Cana Resorts, for the construction of a total of 448 luxury vilas, totally furnished and the biggest Club House in the Caribbean, with a lake of 10 hectare, 16 tennis courts, a franchise of the famous italian restaurant Positano, Porter House Grill and the Cigar Club of Arturo Fuentes. The gym will be managed by one of the best american gyms in the United States. the members of the future touristic center will have access to a private club with a 600 mts long beach. The vilas will be intelligent and will have finger prints readers instead of keys, light management system and appliances in an wireless electronic device that allows to manage it all with a didactic screen which can be used to make reservations in the restaurants. All the rooms and living rooms will have plasma tvs of various sizes. The name of the project is Portofino Punta Cana Beach and Tennis Club.

  • The company signed a contract for the purchase of the 70% of stock for a project in Montecristi that consist of more than 6000 units, a passenger port for big cruiser ships, a private airport, three golf courses and a the biggest yacht marina in the caribbean with a total of 500,000 sq mts and capacity for more than 1,000 yachts of every size. The total amount of terrain to develop in more than 25 millon sq mts with more than 12 km of beach, between mountains, valleys, cliffs and a main beach of 200 mts wide and 3km long. The coast line isprotected by a coral reef barrier of more than 45 kms long which creates an soft and worm water lake in the interior canal. Montecristi have not been hit by a hurricane in the last 120 years, beacuse itīs not only protected by the reef barrier but also by a total of 3 mountain range between the east of the Dominican Republic and Montecristi. The name of the project is Punta Mangle and the Marina will be called Portofino Punta Mangle Marina and Yacht Club.

  • Kendall International Trading Group announce that it has entered into negotiations to buy City One Mortgage, the largest independent direct mortgage lender in Miami. last year City One Mortgage did a  total  of more than 200 million in residential mortgage loans in the Miami Area. City One is one of the first US direct lender that is processing loan and title applications in South America, and it is the intention of KITG to expand processing of loan applications in South America in order to provide processing services to other US Banks. The cost of loan processing in the US is about 300 to 400 dollars per file, while it only cost 60 dollars in Venezuela, where City One has an office with 11 employees. Our plan is to open offices in Lima, Peru, Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Colombia, Brazil, and probably southern Mexico, basically because the Capital is too expensive.  
     

  • Kendall International is in the process of financing a 2600 acres project in the northern coast of Dominican Republic by the name of Palma Nova, the project is being develop by a California company.

  • We are also financing the purchase of several airplanes for Jetmark Aviation thru a letter of credit to be issued by EFG Bank the filth largest bank in Swisszerland.
       

  • KITG is financing the acquisition of 30 lots at the Ocean Reef Club, in Key Largo Florida, for Shears Home, for more than 36 million dollars, the lots are in the Golf Course, and Shears Home will build luxury homes there to be sold for more than 2 millions each.

  • We are in the process of negotiating of the purchase of a 825 acres parcel in Puerto Rico about 5 miles from the Airport, to be developed into a five stars resort, at a cost of 300 million dollars for the land, and total investment of 1.5 billion dollars. The property has 1.5 miles of beach and hold more than 30 million cubic meters of sand.

  • We are financing the construction of a passengers terminal in Belice for Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines for more than 50 millon dollars.

  • KITG offered the Antigua and Barbuda Government 400 millon for the construction of a new airport and to administrate it.

  • We are negociating with Viaggi IL Ventaglio the purchase of two hotels in Dominican Republic and Mexico for 110 millon dollars.

  • KITG has signed a contract to re finance a debt from a gas stations owner Floval Oil from Miami, Florida for 40 million dollars, we hope to finish this transaction on the first semester of 2006.

  • KITG is in negotiations to buy an office buildings owned originally by Baninter Bank in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic in order to transform it into an office condo, this will be bought with 30 to 35 million dollars from Dominican Republic`s Government.

  • The Kendall International Trading Group has signed and distribution agreement with "Products Natural Incaīs Trading (PRONATINC EIRL) from Lima, Peru to distribute thier products such as: Barro de los Lagos del Altiplano peruano (Lake Mud from the peruvian andes) and Seaweed Cream.

    As a result of this agreement 4 mud containers has been imported to be distributed in the USA with a total cost of 840,000 dollars per container.

  • Our company has reach an agreement with the famous Miami Spa "Diana Luna" in order to import the facial mud from Peru to be distributed under its famous name "Diana Luna Miracle Mud"

    Under this agreement, Diana Luna had comitted to buy 1 container full of 250 mg sachets every two months.

  • Our Company anounces a credit line with Exim Bank for 2 millon dollars to buy medical equipment for Dent Plant Limited from Nassau, Bahamas. This credit line will be stablished in the next 30 days.

  • We have iniciate the process to obtain a credit line for a peruvian company for more than 80 millon dollars for the construction of a power plant.

  • We are working on another credit line for a Miami company for the purchase of 4 cruise line boats wiith an estimated value of more than 100 millon dollars.
